By submitting a booking request to Bhana Limousine Services (a subsidiary of Bhana Transport Ltd.), you agree to these Terms of Service. A binding contract is formed only upon written or verbal confirmation of your booking by Bhana Limousine Services.
All bookings are subject to vehicle availability. Submission of a booking request form does not guarantee a confirmed reservation. You will receive confirmation within 2 hours of your request. Bhana Limousine Services reserves the right to decline any booking at its discretion.
Cancellations made more than 24 hours before pickup: no charge. Cancellations within 24 hours of pickup may be subject to a cancellation fee. No-shows will be charged the full trip rate. Please contact us immediately if you need to cancel or modify your booking.
Clients are responsible for providing accurate pickup/dropoff information. Bhana Limousine Services is not liable for delays resulting from inaccurate information provided by the client. Clients are responsible for the conduct of all passengers in the vehicle.
Smoking, illegal substances, and disruptive behaviour are strictly prohibited in all vehicles. Clients will be held responsible for any damage caused to vehicles during their booking. Service may be terminated immediately for violations of this policy.
Bhana Limousine Services carries full commercial liability insurance as required by BC regulations. Our liability for delays caused by traffic, weather, or other factors outside our control is limited to reasonable efforts to minimize the impact on your journey.
Pricing is confirmed at the time of booking. Additional charges may apply for waiting time beyond a reasonable grace period, additional stops, or significant route changes requested after the booking is confirmed.
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the Province of British Columbia and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein.
